Dr. Nicholas Russell
Nicholas Russell is Emeritus Reader at Imperial College London, where he was director
of the Science Communication Group and head of the Department of Humanities. He holds
degrees in botany and the history of technology, was a recipient of a Wellcome Trust
Fellowship for studies on scientific creativity, and is one of the few scholars to
have examined the historical significance of science in fiction as a form of science
communication.
